Who is eligible
The original purchaser may register an eligible product sold for this website's brand through a supported Amazon store. The order must be genuine, not cancelled or unfulfillable, and still within the original limited warranty period. The extension is not transferable and is not available for resale inventory.
What you need
Provide the Amazon order number in 123-1234567-1234567 format and a valid email address. A phone number is optional. We may ask for an invoice, dated receipt, product serial number, photos, payment evidence or delivery-address evidence when additional verification is reasonably required.
Products covered by one registration
We compare the order with the products associated with this website. A successful registration covers the eligible products found in that order. Products from another seller, brand or website are not added to this registration.
How the extra three months are calculated
The extension begins after the otherwise applicable original limited warranty ends and adds three calendar months. The confirmation email states the recorded original and extended end dates. Because the order source does not always provide a verified delivery date, the purchase date is used as the coverage start date unless applicable order terms or mandatory law require a different date.
Coverage does not change
The extension changes the end date only. It does not broaden the original limited warranty. Exclusions for misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, consumable parts, cosmetic damage and missing proof of purchase continue to apply where permitted.
One registration and fraud prevention
Each order may be registered once. Duplicate submissions return the existing registration only when the same order and email are supplied. We may reject, revoke or investigate registrations involving altered proof, automated abuse, an ineligible order or information that cannot be verified.
Confirmation and warranty service
After successful verification, we create a non-sequential warranty number and send the confirmation to the submitted email address. Keep that email and number. A warranty claim may still require the original order details, product evidence and reasonable troubleshooting.
Privacy, communications and legal rights
Order and contact information is used to verify eligibility, maintain the warranty record, prevent abuse and provide support. Marketing consent is separate and optional. This voluntary extension does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
