Limited warranty

Warranty duration and product-specific coverage are stated on the product page, order confirmation, packaging or included documentation. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Coverage generally applies to verified defects in materials or workmanship during normal use and within the stated product specifications.

Normal wear, cosmetic change, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper installation, neglected maintenance and exposure beyond the stated environmental rating are generally excluded.

Provide proof of purchase, product identifier, description of the issue and clear photos or video. Additional troubleshooting or return of the product may be required.

After validation, the remedy may include troubleshooting, parts, repair, replacement or refund, subject to product availability, applicable terms and law.

Confirm that the product has been installed, charged, configured and maintained according to its instructions. For solar products, location, seasonal sunlight, shade, panel cleanliness and battery condition can affect normal performance.

A replacement may be new or functionally equivalent where allowed. Replaced products or parts may be retained, and the remaining warranty period follows the applicable order terms unless law requires otherwise.

Service options can vary by purchase location and destination. This limited warranty is in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
