Shipping policy

How orders move through our U.S. East and West Coast warehouse network, including delivery estimates and shipment support.

U.S. warehouse network

We maintain inventory in both the eastern and western United States. When possible, an order is assigned to the warehouse that can serve the destination efficiently. The shipping origin shown in tracking may vary by item and current inventory.

Order processing and allocation

After an order is confirmed, product availability, destination and carrier coverage are checked. If the nearest regional warehouse cannot complete the order, some or all items may ship from another U.S. warehouse or a trusted fulfillment partner. The shipping origin cannot be selected, and one order may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier conditions, weather, customs, holidays and address restrictions may affect timing.

Address accuracy

Review the recipient name, address and contact details before placing an order. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is provided for each package when available. Items from different locations may have separate tracking numbers and arrival dates. A package may be marked delivered before it is physically received; check the property and allow the carrier's normal update period before reporting it missing.

Damage, loss or incorrect items

Contact support promptly with the order number and supporting photos. Keep the product and packaging until the review is complete.

International orders

Availability, import duties, taxes and customs handling depend on the destination and are disclosed when the applicable checkout service supports them.

Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping charges, sales tax and other mandatory amounts are calculated from the products, destination and selected service. Review the full order total before confirming payment.

Changes and cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible if an address or order detail is wrong. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment, carrier handoff or payment processing has started.

Delivery restrictions and failed delivery

Some products or destinations may have carrier, size, security or legal restrictions. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed attempts may be deducted or charged where permitted.
