Return and refund policy

The applicable return window is shown with the order. Unless a product is defective or incorrect, returned items should be complete, in original condition and include accessories, manuals and packaging.

Contact the support channel associated with the order and provide the order number, reason for return and requested resolution. Do not send an item to an unconfirmed address.

Items damaged through misuse, alteration, improper installation or missing components may be ineligible, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason, product condition and terms shown with the order. Approved instructions must be followed to avoid delay.

Returned items may be inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible; bank or payment processing times may vary.

Report visible damage, missing parts or an incorrect item promptly and keep the packaging. We may request photos, labels or other evidence before arranging a replacement or refund.

Where available, an approved exchange or replacement depends on stock and destination. If the requested item is unavailable, another remedy may be offered or the approved amount refunded.

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund is submitted to the payment provider. Posting time is controlled by the bank, card network or wallet and may take additional business days.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law. If local law provides a longer period or different remedy, the mandatory rule applies.
